High School Science Teacher - Full Time
Mount Vernon Christian School (Mount Vernon, WA) is accepting applications for a full-time High School Science Teacher to join our school's community beginning August 1, 2025. This position would include teaching some combination of courses offered at the high school level based on qualifications and areas of endorsement. Depending on qualifications, some combination of Math/Science could be taught. Current offerings in the high school science program include Physical Science, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Environmental Science, and Anatomy & Physiology.
Candidates should have or be able to acquire appropriate WA State Certification.
Middle/High School Bible Teacher - Part Time
Mount Vernon Christian School (Mount Vernon, WA) is accepting applications for a part-time Middle & High School Bible Teacher to join our school community beginning August 1, 2025. This position would include teaching in the areas of Bible and Social Studies. Current courses could include Old and New Testament Survey, Worldviews, and Apologetics with possible electives in Economics. The teaching assignment could vary depending on the candidates' training, gifts, and passions.
Candidates should have or be able to acquire appropriate WA State Certification.
K-12 P.E./Health Teacher
Mount Vernon Christian School (Mount Vernon, WA) is accepting applications for a full-time Kindergarten - 12th grade P.E./Health Teacher to join our school community beginning August 1, 2025. This position would include teaching some combination of grades K-12 depending on the candidate's experience and abilities.
Candidates should have or be able to acquire appropriate WA State Certification.

Bus Drivers
Mount Vernon Christian is accepting applications for qualified BUS DRIVERS.
Candidates must be in good physical health, have a current DOT medical certificate, have and maintain a Washington State Commercial Driver’s License with all appropriate endorsements, and have a good driving record for the previous five years at a minimum.
